Most of these files are user specific, so if you want to have them on other users you must log in to them first.

You must restart your computer, or restart explorer for these to take effect.
I have written batch files to export your registry keys and apply the registry patches. Just the batch file needs to be downloaded to your desktop. Then just double click the *.bat file. Most of these changes can be undone by merging the EXPORT_FILE.reg which is stored in your Documents folder under "RegBackup".
