NT Password -- This utility will reset the password for any user account on an NT 4, 2000, or XP system.
RegCleaner v4.3 -- This is the free version of jv16's RegCleaner.
7 Zip -- 7-Zip is a free file archiver with a high compression ratio.
VistaBootPro -- Very simple and easy to use program to manage the overly complicated Vista Boot Manager.
FavOrg -- This app allows you to save the FavIcons from webpages in your favorites folder. The page is in German? but the utility is English, hard to find for free.

SmartFTP -- Very good, fully functional FTP program.
Pidgin -- This is a multi-protocol instant messaging client, which supports AIM, ICQ, MSN Messenger, Yahoo, IRC, Jabber, Gadu-Gadu, and Zephyr networks, formerly known as GAIM.
Trillian -- A multi-protocol instant messaging client similar to GAIM, which supports AIM, ICQ, IRC, MSN, and Yahoo networks.
Spyware Blaster -- SpywareBlaster can help keep your system spyware-free and secure, without interfering with the "good side" of the web.
AVG Antivirus -- This is a free antivirus program, you have no excuse not to run one.
Gibson Research Corporation -- There are many useful little apps on this page from GRC.
Google Toolbar -- If you must use IE, use the Google toolbar as it is a very effective pop up blocker.
SpybotSD -- Update and run this app regularly to insure that you are spyware free.
Kerio Personal Firewall -- Being on the internet anymore requires that you have a firewall.
Cablenut -- An absolute must for tweaking your internet connection. Provides a simple interface for modifying the TCP parameters within the registry.
Microsoft PowerToys -- An unsupported tweaking application released by Microsoft for XP. A little low on features, but safe to use.
Resource Hacker -- This app gives you the power to view, modify, rename, add, delete and extract resources in 32bit Windows executables and resource files.
X-Teq X-Setup -- This is another tweaking program giving you the ability to change numerous configurations, more options than TweakUI, but can be dangerous.
